Easter 1014

This Easter was super special in so many ways.  Julie and KW were in town for a long weekend.  There's no free lunch....we put them to work stuffing Easter eggs for the hunt.
KW is thrilled with the idea.  All 100 of them.
 He's over it!
Grandpa and Julie were busy busy hiding the eggs.
Bailey was so proud to find her first Easter egg.
So fun to have Dusty, John and Tilly with us.  Tilly is at that sweet age.

So happy to see how Harriet can hold Bailey....because she has two of them now!!!!
Sweet cousins all dressed up and discussing their eggs and what's in them.  Probably some trading going on there.
I know JuJu is saying....I just want to eat you up!!!
But then she sees her face and says....I think you need a wash cloth.

Two adorable people with the same sweet spirit.
Great picture of John, Harriet and Elysse
The following series took some work to pull off.  I just had to include a few of the takes.

 TaDa!!!
Grandpa is never going to live down wearing his Hawaiian shirt on Easter.  And it wasn't even me that called him out on it.
It was a great day and a great weekend.

Bailey Turning ONE

I just can't believe Bailey turned one already.  Where or where does the time go?  She is the most easy going little girl we have.....thus far.

Bailey's birthday is the day before Hal's birthday.  Well....he will no longer have a birthday and that's just fine with him.  But this year we did have a special dinner with family and friends.

It's always so fun to celebrate our grand kids birthdays because you get to see the extended family.  Hal and I are not only blessed with our kids, our grand kids but our extended family.  They are super special.
 The birthday girl!
 Harriett with the twins.
 Dusty, Harriett, Elysse and Bailey.
Elysse always does such a beautiful job decorating for any event.

I bet Nanna got some good shots on her camera with Anna's help.
 Jim and our jokester KW.

Jared and John.  I asked for them to get together and this was the best they could do.
 Now this is better.
I love Nanna's spirit.  Mutti always participates and always nice to have her.

I tried to take several pictures of Hal with Bailey as I gave Hal canvas pictures of all our grand kids for his birthday.  Should have used this one.  Pretty cute.
These two girls are so sweet together.  BFF's for sure.

Proud parents to be and so anxious for July.

Don't you wonder sometimes what goes on in those little minds?
Taylor, who would have thought??? Such a proud dad.
Birthday girl sharing her cake with daddy.
ALL DONE!
These two little girls have no idea the relationship they are building.
It sure is fun to watch.

Don't they look happy.  It's a great day!  All their kids are here.
 Sassy little birthday girl.

Happy birthday Bailey Lynn
