Vin de Garde 10 yr Anniversary

Vin de Garde was celebrating it's 10 year anniversary this weekend and we were invited back!  If you enjoy wine, this is the event.  Each member brings out there finest and KW supplements, so as they say, there are no BAD wines.  It was an amazing evening and we felt honored to be their guest.  Thank you KW and Julie for a lovely evening and weekend.           Before:

Camille was trusting enough to leave Pierce with us for the weekend while she went to a Scrape Book Retreat.  It was nice to get a little Pierce time before he heads back to Singapore.  Sad that we were sick.

K&E new stereo equipment

Keith is just a TV kinda guy.  He has the most up to date equipment in every room.  It's like being at a sports bar...go figure. K&E purchased a new TV for their den (Camille, an entertainment center is being delivered Thursday).  Hal could hardly wait to get over there and help Keith tune the speakers.

Unexpected Flowers

And the surprises just keep coming.  When we arrived at church this morning we were greeted with "Happy Anniversary", loved it...however it was over a week ago.  It really didn't matter as it was just as special today as it was a week ago. KW, Julie, Blake, Camille, Keith & Elysse donated the sanctuary flowers in honor of our anniversary and they were beautiful.
All of our kids Chris, Staci, KW, Julie, Blake, Camille, Keith and Elysse have made our 10 years special.  We could not have the marriage we have without them.
So we Thank You, our kids for the last 10 years and we look forward to our next 10 years.

Fun Weekend with Pierce and everyone else

One of our nice surprises was having Pierce and Camille for the weekend. They joined us for dinner Friday night.

Towards the end of the evening, Pierce got all wound up. Horsee anyone??? Sure let me!!!

Sunday evening we were all so tired.  It was order pizza in and go to bed.  A great weekend, thank you all for sharing it with us.

Happy 10 Year Anniversary Celebration

Yesterday Hal and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with our family and friends.  The family members that were not here were sooooo missed!
Hal's first surprise were beautiful red roses delivery to my office.  Nice....

We met Liz, Rod & Mollie, John & Susan, Kat & Jerry, Elysse & Keith, Camille and Pierce for dinner at one of our family favorite Italian ressturants, Venezia Café. Hal’s second surprise was a beautiful necklace….very nice!
I also got a surprise for him, a Tag watch. I asked Camille if she would take Hal’s gift and Hal asked Camille if she would take my gift. She’s so quick….she noticed they were from the same place!

We had a wonderful evening and we are looking forward to our next 10+ years.

As I reminisce on our past 10 years, there are many joys and sorrows. Each have provided us the opportunity to grow together. I love you babe!

Hal and I will celebrate our 10 year anniversary on Friday.  Hal has joined me going to the gym at 5:30 AM, will we make 11 years??????

New favorite food

While in Singapore/Vietnam I fell in love with spring rolls.  It's my new favorite food.  Not only are they totally healthy for you I get to chop and everyone knows how much I love to chop veggies.

I just know our family and friends are going to love me serving these....right?
