Korea - 1st day of Year 2 School

I was really excited we were there for Pierce's first day of school.  I miss not being there for so many of Pierce and Asher's First but Camille is really sweet to send us pictures and capture the moments.
Getting ready to walk out the door to a new year at school and Pierce is ready.  Look at that hair cut?  Love it.

 GP and Asher cheering on.
So happy I got a picture with the boys.
I found this very interesting.  Every Tuesday, large burlap type of containers are brought to the center of the common area of their condo unit.  You place your glass, paper and cans appropriately and then these huge trucks with claws pick up the  burlap bags and take them away.
Camille just looked at me like, you crazy grandma.  It's just recycling in Korea.
I just imagine that Pierce is wondering what the day will hold for him.  The first day of school is a little different when you are an ExPat, because most of your school friends leave to go back home during the summer so you really don't hang out with them all summer.  And then of course you have new kids that just moved there.
Pierce is a veteran at this so he his ready.
All the kids and parents gather in the courtyard and line up in front of their teacher.
There's Mr. Milford with his group of kiddos.

 Off they go.
Gave us some alone time with Asher.
