France 2010, Sunday, 11/7

This was a long day and we had a lot we wanted to do.....so get ready.  Off we head for the beaches at Normandy.  It's hard to articulate the emotions that come over you when you visit this area.  Many tears where shed among us.  Seven men would man this area.  It's not that large and it would be very loud.

 Stopped at a little diner for lunch, Domaine de L'Hostreiere Hotel. 

 Pointe de Hoc.  Per Hal, the most heavily bombed place on earth.

Returned to Chateau de Sully and later went into Bayeau for dinner. Long emotional, kinda rainy day.  I so need to read more about this.
